In 2011, our founder, Vikram Bansal, left a stable corporate HVAC career with a belief that work should be built on integrity, mastery, and real value. The early years were challenging, as we learned the business and earned trust, but soon realized that plant rooms, the heart of buildings, were inefficient, wasting energy and costing owners money without them
knowing why.
This inefficiency was more than a problem — it was waste and loss, harming both profits and the planet. We shifted from being an HVAC supplier to a performance partner, focusing on energy optimization, ROI, and sustainability. Our goal became clear: transform plant rooms from cost centers into engines of profit, efficiency, and environmental stewardship.
